Not a government website

AU Benefits Calc is independent. It is not run by, endorsed by or connected with Services Australia, Centrelink, the Department of Social Services or any other Australian government body, and it does not take claims. The calculators apply the rates and tests published in the Department of Social Services guides to the figures you enter. Services Australia may assess income over a different period, value assets differently or apply a rule not modelled here; its decision is the one that counts, and you can ask for it to be reviewed. Method and limits: method page.

Liability

Every rate is read in an official guide and every engine is tested before each release, but errors cannot be ruled out and rules change. The publisher is not liable for a decision made on an estimate alone. Please report errors through the contact page.

Intellectual property

Texts, design and code belong to the publisher; short quotations with a link are welcome. The government guides and Acts quoted remain the work of the Commonwealth.

Embedding

The household calculator may be embedded free of charge with its credit link visible: see the embed page.

Personal information

The site sets no cookie and the publisher keeps nothing entered in the calculators. Details: privacy policy and cookies page.

Reporting unlawful content

Write to contact@aubenefitscalc.com with the address of the page.

Governing law

French law applies; failing an amicable settlement, the courts of France have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protections an Australian consumer has under Australian law. Updated: 2026-10-11.

Estimate only: these figures apply the rates and tests published in the Social Security Guide and the Family Assistance Guide to the numbers you enter. Services Australia assesses your claim on verified income, assets and circumstances, and its decision is the one that counts.
